These terms explain ordering a personalised Portside Collection cruise photo album. Please read them alongside our returns and cancellation information and privacy policy.
Your personalised album
Choose your album size and colour, then provide your ship name, itinerary and sailing dates. Our design team uses these details to research your route. Please tell us about any changed ports or unusual itinerary details when ordering.
Your proof and approval
We send a digital artwork proof within 48 hours of your order. Check the route, names, spelling and dates carefully, and request any changes before approving. We only print after you approve your artwork. If you cannot approve the design, we will keep production on hold while we discuss changes or cancellation with you.
Production and delivery
Production and dispatch take 3–5 working days from your approval of the artwork. Shipping is additional: estimated delivery after dispatch is 1–2 days for the UK and 3–5 days internationally, depending on destination. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. UK shipping is free; international shipping charges are shown at checkout.
What your album includes
Every album contains 25 sheets / 50 blank pages of 250 gsm paper and a photo mounting kit with clear photo corners. You arrange your own printed photographs. Approximate capacity depends on your layout: Mini holds 45–50 standard 6 × 4-inch photos or 200 Instax Mini prints; Standard holds 90–100 photos; Large holds 180–200 photos.

The price for your selected size and any delivery charge are shown before you complete checkout. Check your order details and delivery address before paying.
Changes, cancellations and problems
You may request cancellation for a full refund before you approve your artwork. After approval, production begins and we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation. Personalised albums are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights if an album is faulty, damaged or not as described.
